This is an Include Page. The text will show up on every page of your site. To change the text, just change the text in the include.htm file.  Don't want the Include Page? Just delete it from the table and add your own text. It's very, very important to leave the table setting exactly as they are!

To copy this table, just put your cursor into the info box cell, choose Table>Select> Table. Right click on the selected table and choose copy. You can then paste this table in other spots in your web.
